For Sims 3 meshing, unless you are a very advanced mesher, always leave this option unchecked (normally, once unchecked it stays that way, barring a reinstallation). From the File -> Import menu select the Q-Mesh Sims 3 GEOM Importer V0.10 item. How to download mesh?
